RAM Raid ("RAM Raid", "we", "us", or "our") provides a website at https://ramraid.app/ and related mobile applications and services that enable users to discover, capture, and compete for geographic territories. We use that information to operate the Services, improve features (including maps and leaderboards), secure accounts, comply with law, and communicate with you.

7) Payments & Subscriptions

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms under their own terms and privacy policies. For website purchases, our payment provider processes your payment information on our behalf. We receive transaction metadata (for example, product ID, status, and expiry) to activate or manage your subscription. We do not store full payment card numbers.

8) Leaderboards, Social, and User‑Generated Content

Leaderboards and social features are optional. If you participate, your display name, avatar, scores, rankings, and similar information may be visible to other users. Content you post (for example, photos or comments) may be public depending on your settings. Please do not share information you would not want others to see.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary by data category and purpose. We may retain aggregated or de‑identified information indefinitely.
