Certain features (for example, capture, navigation, and nearby tiles) require precise location. We collect location data only when you grant permission and use location‑dependent features. You can stop collection by disabling permissions in your device settings or by closing the App. We may derive anonymized/aggregated insights from location and activity data to improve map quality, tile coverage, and gameplay balance.

For website purchases, our payment provider processes your payment information on our behalf. We receive transaction metadata (for example, product ID, status, and expiry) to activate or manage your subscription. We do not store full payment card numbers.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary by data category and purpose. We may retain aggregated or de‑identified information indefinitely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting the updated policy in the Services and updating the Effective date above).
